Situated between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees, with the coastal salt marshes and the Montagne Noire, from the Corbières to Lauragais – Aude offers an incredible variety of landscapes and natural sites. Don’t forget the wine: from Nimes to Spain wine lovers discover an ancient tradition. Marcorignan is located between the AOC wines of the Corbières and the Minervois.

OUR VILLAGE

Marcorignan is located about 5 minutes by foot from our Domain. In this old village you find the necessary shops: a grocery, a baker, a bar-brasserie, a pizzeria, a medical center, a chemist, a tobacco shop etc. … At the heart of the village, you can find a beautiful Church from the XII century.
Every morning in the city of Narbonne (6km from Château de la Motte) the central food market sells the best local fresh products ranging from fruit to fish as well as local cheese and wines.
